Nick Malcolm’s new quartet assembles three great musicians who he’s wanted to play with a long time, playing the music they all love!
Digging into the treasures of Blue Note composers Joe Henderson, Wayne Shorter and Herbie Hancock, this is an unashamed celebration of the music’s golden era in the 1960s and 70s, where swing and funk began to blend.
This will be an extremely fun and groovy gig featuring four fantastic players of sonic depth, personality and passion.
